Hi All,

I have been searching for this for a couple of days now with no luck, is there a way to "reset" the service desk ticket queue back to zero?  I am about to go live with Service Desk and it would be good to remove all our test tickets we've be creating and only have real tickets moving forward.

Has anyone done this?  Has there been any issues?
