You might not be able to package this because the licence might be unique to the install of the product, it all depends on how the product is licenced. If the product can be licenced with the same file on many computers, then it should be ok - you can repackage it.

If not, then i don’t think it will be possible. Because if the software requires you to send a file away, then you get a file back to import/licence the product, more than likely it will be unique to that computer as the licence will be generate by the computers "finger" print, hope you get what i mean.

Try:
Do a snapshot before and after licencing the product to see what it is doing, might help you.

You may be able to create a transform of the installer that has the option disabled. I'm not guaranteeing this will work, but when in doubt contact the vendor of the software you're trying to package. They may be able to help or send you a how-to document. I hope this helps!
