use 7-zip to extract the program and you have the "portable app"

you can import the files in a MSI and distribute this with /qb ( silent)

You can create a App-V package for this software.

Or, just create a msi for it, and install the new msi package using the next command:

msiexec /i name.msi /qn

    Why would anyone want to deploy junk like this in a business environment? Do you have *any* clue on what basis it decides what needs cleaning-out and what doesn't?

    More to the point, if your workstations are in a state where you would consider even running a tool like this, your problems are far greater than figuring out how to silently install it!
