Software Deployment

Hi,
currently I am working on office-2007 application. In normal stds it looks easy application, but my client is having some different stds.
We have around 8 gb office-2007 application, which contain different different languages as well. request is create different packages for different features...means for excel 2007 they want different package, for access 2007 different package.
for excel 2007 i created differnet package with below folders, and it is working fine.

1) Admin
2) Catalog
3) Excel.de-de
4) office.de-de
5) proofing.de-de
6) rosebund.de-de
7) updates
8) updates
9) setup.exe
10) config.xml

If same set of files and folders i am providing for access package, then I am not able to create package for access 2007. I am not even able to launch oct. How can I know exactly which files and folders are required for launching oct as well as installation of access 2007?
