Unable to install in System context.

while installing hldrv32.exe in admin mode, it works fine. Following files get created.
oemXX.inf oemXX.pnf >> total 6 files
aksdf.sys and Hardlock.sys in "c:\windows\system32\Drivers" folder.
Two kernel service get started in "Running" state. (msinfo2.exe>Software Environment>System Drivers)>aksdf & Hardlock

I tried this:

1)    I captured installation registry of hldrv32.exe.
when i tried to register Driver with DIPINST.exe and added captured registry, both of the kernel services appear in "Stopped" state.
I am not able to start the services.

2)    i used command line to create kernel services:
    [cmd /c sc create aksdf type= filesys start= auto error= normal binPath= C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\aksdf.sys DisplayName= "aksdf"]
    [cmd /c sc create Hardlock type= kernel start= auto error= normal binPath= [SystemFolder]Drivers\Hardlock.sys DisplayName= "Hardlock"]

Removed Registry, registered drivers with DPINST.
When i try to start service or give reboot
system DUMP error (Blue Screen of Death) appears.

please suggest
