How to image a MacBook Air over a wireless network

We have a number of MacBook Airs that need to have our standard image on them.
We would like to use our wireless infrastructure in order to complete all of them in a speedy manner

Depending on the version of OS X, you could do it different ways. Prior to Lion, you could run the Remote Install Mac OS X utility/application on another computer (Windows or Mac) and using the option key at boot of the Air to pick a Startup Disk. With Lion, it appears the best way is to use Target Disk Mode. Couple of relevant links:
