*Sigh, your asking three diffent things here...
First part, let me google that for you... ... http://bit.ly/15haGh3
Second part, if java is version 7 (1.7 to some peps), it should upgrade the version on the PC to the lastest version with inbuilt logic - so just test it.
If you have version 1.6 etc, you might need to faff around and find the GUID to send the uninstall cmd/string.
Third part, you can google how to use SCCM, there are many good sites out there. Me typing a step by step guide here will not help your learning of sccm at all, you need to research this yourself.
