how to delete all ticket and data to empty tick 0 without disrupting the queue and rules created. just wish to clear everything. currently running on vk1000. and planning to download the clean backup with system file and database without data. Thanks

Pull up a view of all tickets and deleting them with the Choose Action menu. Once this is done, there is a patch that support can give you to reset your ticket counter to zero.
