How to create msi using sys file

Hi,
I have .sys, .cat , .inf file.

Could anyone please help me to create a package using this file to install system driver.

Or any other suggestion for installing the system drivers.

I have found a command line how to register sys file in System driver using inf file.

RUNDLL32.EXE SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultUninstall 132 %SystemRoot%\inf\name of the inf

The above mentioned command line is to unregister the application.

For registeration the command line is.

RUNDLL32.EXE SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %SystemRoot%\inf\name of the inf
