Does anyone know How to create a custom report to show SLA violations for a period of time in kace k1000 version 6.4?

  • Are you using the SLA settings in the queue configuration?

    • We don't use those settings so I'm not sure how violations are reported. Can you check the HD_TICKET_CHANGE table to see if a note is added to tickets when a violation occurs?
