KACE Product Support

I have a workflow defined for new hires that generates child tickets to different departments (HR, Security, IT, etc.) that have task lists.  I would like to have the attachment from the parent ticket propagated to all child tickets.  In this workflow, the only attachment is a employee info sheet.  Right now we have to manually attach it to each of the children.  I could do it on the back-end database if it wasn't read-only.  Any idea on how to do it on the front end?
