Hello,

 

During our training, the trainer mentioned while covering the Service Desk, we could back up the individual modules outside of the automated backup that you normally configure.  Unforunately my notes don't have any further details.  Anyone know how to do this?

Settings > System Resources tab > Export K1000 Resources

From there you can choose what you want to be exported to \\k1000\client as a .pkpg file.
