how to activate self-healing?

hi all,

we have a package that was created with WFWI and we need to modify it with a vbs embedded as a custom action.

the vbs needs to update a value into current_user registry.

my problem is that this package has no entry into the current user and no shortcut, so the self-healing is not triggered.

how could i make sure that self-healing will run the vbs to change the registry setting i need? the CA condition is working for self-healing, but for testing purposes i have to trigger the self-healing manually.

so i need a way that self-healing will trigger by itself when a new user is logged on the PC.

thanks!

no entry points? Try active setup... you should be able to find a whole lot of info searching here and on google on that topic...
