How I can customize the ticket K1000 service desk

I need to redistribute ticket fields , specifically the comment field

To customise your Ticket, this is done by queue, so from your menu go to Service Desk, then configuration. Select your Queue and then select Customize fields and Layout.

If you are on 6.3 version or above you have a number of"sections" on the screen, within which you will be able to move, add or hide fields.

There are sections which include Fixed Ticket fields - this is the top and side panel in the ticket
Layout Ticket fields - this is the main body of the ticket and you can add custom fields to this section
Related Ticket fields - this is the bottom section of the ticket that appears once the ticket has been logged

When you make a change, it is always important to save at the bottom of the customize screen to commit your changes
