How do you stop Kace from re-sending email messages
This morning we discovered that we had a lot of outbound email being blocked. When we look at the blocked log in the Barracudda firewall we discovered that KACE is resending the same email every two minutes to a bad address. Where can I go to look at the outbound mail queue in KACE?
This problem started when an outside email came to the helpdesk email address with a bad return address. I am possitive that the email is originating from KACE because I changed the helpdesk email address and the outbound email address changed in the Barracudda log. What would cause KACE to retry sending the email over and over again?
