How do I install windows6.1 kb2798162-x64.msu using managed install, since kace doesn't do product updates only security updates?

I've tried using this:  wusa "Windows6.0-KB2798162-x64.msu" /quiet /norestart

but the installation still fails... 

How is everyone else installing the microsoft product udpates ignored by kace?
