Where do you want to install VMWare tools? Do you want to install it inside VMWare Workstation?

The VMWare Tools installer is an MSI, so installing it silently using a /qn command line should do the trick.

Are you trying to install vmware tools into a workstation? or vmware tools into the K1/K2?
