How do I install MS Access 2003 with SMS 2003 on pcs that have MS Office 2003???

Assuming your machine have Office 2003 Professional installed on them you can use the custom maintenence wizard from the Office 2003 resource kit. This will allow you to modifiy the existing installation and install access 2003 (which is included with Office 2003 professional). After creating your CMW file your command to install should look something like this.
"PathtoMaintwiz.exe" /c "PathtoFile.cmw"
