I have run several anti-virus, malware, trojan, etc., programs, and removed several files folders apps and extensions and still can't lose this toolbar that re-directs me from Google to bucksbee. Any suggestions?
How do I get rid of the Bucksbee loyalty plug in?

I would try http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html it goes through and cleans out registry entries as well. Check to see if you can find a service that runs at startup within msconfig?

Thanks for the tip, the free version did not detect Bucksbee, do you think the full version that you pay for would work? I will be out of town getting married for a week and will not be accessing my computer, but I would appreciate any other help or advice. Thanks again, Laura.
