How do I get Dell Kace sysprep creator to work on a 64bit OS?

 

I try to use the Dell Kace sysprep creator to capture an image for a 64Bit Windows 7 Enterprise . But when I hit create on the Dell Kace application the command window opens up asking if I want to continue with syspreping the computer. I press the enter key and the window disappears and nothing happens. When I go to sysprep a 32bit Windows 7 Enterprise I have no problems at all.
