How do i generate hardware inventory report for not inserted in Dell KACE

We have KWOK mgmt. system to generate report for hardware and as per report information we get report for not inserted hardware inventory.

I need to know how do i generate inventory report for not inserted hardware in KACE.

Hello,

you can use the Discovery Schedules (under the Inventory menu) feature of the K1000.

The Discovery process will search your network for devices and then you can have a look to the findings of the process under Discovery Results.

You can even produce a report about the results and filter out the devices that are already provisioned with a KACE agent.
