How can we make two applications with same GUID to install on the same machine?

You don't.
Change the guid of one of the applications, if they both came from a vendor then push back to them.

Yamuna.. the U stands for unique. But one way is to virtualise them using APPV or anything else. But why two applications have same GUID?

Which GUID are you talking about... ProductCode or PackageCode or UpgradeCode or Component GUID..?
