Any properties listed in the property table that are written in CAPITAL letters are public properties that may be set from the command line.
Another way you may view these properties to download the free Command Line Builder utility from Wise at their System Administrators Resources page. Note: this is also the same tool provided with Wise Package Studio.
It not only builds the MSI command line syntax for you by selecting options in the GUI, but it will read the public properties from the specified MSI for you to set values for them on the command line too. In this case you would be able to see some helpful properties, such as licensing information or other parameters that may not be so obvious. However, the property name does not necessarily have to make sense and it may be hard to determine its function.

All Properties in CAPS are Public Properties. You can also create your own public properties. For list of public properties which are reserved see MSI.chm file for details.
