We have some computers that`s use VPN, kace agent are installed on thes computers. But I cannot see them in K1000. Can it be fix ?

  • that can be caused by the vpns dns settings not knowing where the kbox is or acls may block access. have you vpn'd in yourself to see if you can see the kbox and are the ports open for them to talk. By default our laptops disable the firewall when they are in house but enable it when off campus, so we had to put exceptions in the firewall settings on the laptops to allow them to see the kbox.
    • Specifically, ports 80, 443 and 52230. Others may be required if other functions are needed.
