How can I prevent the Kace client from installing on certain PC's?

There are PC's that have their IP addresses issued through DHCP. This is the range where automatically deploy the client. How can I prevent the client from installing without having to setup reserved IP addresses in a different range. Can I setup some kind of blacklist where not to install the client?

Like Jeff stated you can push to whatever IP range you would like. You can also add IP address to the ignore list. Another option if you have machines on DHCP that you don't want to get the client would be pushing the client out via group policy instead of the KBOX. This way you can create a security group of computers that you want to get it.

If you go into Advanced Provisioning you can push the agent to whatever IP address range you want. How do you currently deploy the agent?

Another method, at least in the environment that I work in is to run the agent installation with the -clone option. So this way when I image a machine to deploy, it adds itself to the KBOX without having to worry about addresses. I can see the IP addresses being an issue with out-side persons bringing in their own equipment.
