Hello,

I'm trying to pass parent ticket information from one queue to a child ticket in another queue.  For example, if I have a new hire process and I setup a parent ticket that starts in the HR queue and passes down the new hire and hiring date to the Service Desk queue.  I have a sql select and update query for this to run within the same queue just can't get it to work in two different queues.
