HKLM -- Trying to set System read permission on registry and every time I cold boot the settingsGone

Hi All,
I need help very badly. I wrote a script which change the registry permission and provide system read access but every time I cold boot the settings are disappear. I need to eliminate delete priviliges from system and it is not keeping my permission. I am not on AD so none of the group policies are affecting my settings. Please tell me how to fix this problem. I used REGPERM utility to set permissions.
Thank you

Hi,

You can use subinacl.exe for setting registry permission.SETACT is also one of the good tool for the same.
