Can you explain how the license is used by users?
Based on the use of license by clients from servers we can suggest you few ways to apply the same?

the note mentioned in prf is - When testing this application it may provide a pop-up stating that all the licenses are being used. If this occurs, select the option to change license server and select the regular license option (the first option will be for 2 admin licenses. Choose the second option with approximately . i have created mst for it. is that the right approach --create a mst and make the changes or add the server etc whatever needed?
