Has anyone else noticed that since the New upgrade to the K1000 box has altered the Print Friendly version of the tickets. When you print it now it does not show the added comments. Any ideas how to get this back?

We noticed the same thing and contacted support. There's a bug fix they will send you to resolve the issue.
