Helpdesk "Announcment" Section
Has anyone figured out how to get an Announcement Section on the Users logon page that can be easily updated with important Announcements? It's nice to be able to post an announcement about a known problem (e.g. email not working, internet down) so the Users can see this and not have 50+ tickets submitted for the same thing. I know the Users logon page can be edited but give me a break with the super small editing section for doing this. It's not exactly user friendly for posting announcements.

You can also place the HTML code to achieve very good special effects, under the Settings/Control panel/ General Settings

I have also asked KACE for the similar enhancement. However this technique is working fine in our case.

Why not edit this in another editor (one that supports html with more room to work with)?
When its nice and configured, just copy and paste....
