HelpDesk ticket acceptance

Hello,

i'm just curious, is there any possible way to set KACE HelpDesk ticket acceptance? That means: If new ticket is created and helpdesk operator assign ticket to owner, is there any possibility that owner can accept, or decline that ticket?

I don't believe there is a way unless you create a custom field that offers them the choice to accept or decline and if they decline, a ticket rules changes the owner back to unassigned.
