Help with MSI (Microsoft Installer) error 2602: The [2] table entry '[3]' has no associated entry in the Media table.

Where 2 identifies the table and 3 identifies the entry in that table where the missing association has been identified.
This is an error normally encoutered during the development of an MSI. If you are trying to install a MSI provided by a software vendor and encounter this error you should contact them directly about the problem.
Setup that Includes MSDE 2000 SP3 Merge Modules have been reported to return this error due to a sequence ordering issue. This error refers to sqlmaint.rll... and can be corrected by changing the sequence number from 10 to 2. Wise has a script to correct the sequence numbers here. For more detail see InstallSite.org.
