Hi All

I have The HelpDesk setup and running on one single queue.

Is it OK to duplicate the existing queue, rename it and change the org1 address.

I would like a queue I can test with without affecting live users.

  • Should be ok. Just double just the ticket rules to make sure they are queue independent.

  • I did try it and it seemed to work with no adverse affect. However, its not really what I wanted I wanted the test queue to be invisible to the end user. I will investigate "Organizations" this may offer a solution. Thanks for you suggestion.
