Help Desk Reports

I looking at generating some new helpdesk reports but I don't see any selection in the wizard for custom fields I have added.
For example I need to have the Location show in the report as our field tech do visit sites for some repairs.
Is there as way to add this or will I need to learn MySQL to have this show in a helpdesk report?

You could definitely write the report in the SQL editor.

I would recommend that you open a ticket with support to troubleshoot this. If you do not have a support agreement to get the schema then you could use the wizard to give you the report and then tweak it in the SQL editor. In the database custom fields have a name of CUSTOM_FIELD_VALUEX where the field is called CUSTOM_FIELD(X+1)

Thanks,
Kace is telling me that this is a bug that they are working on. My support tech from Kace says he has a sql scrip I can use when I'm ready.
