Help creating ACT! 2005 silent install

Has anyone packaged this already that could offer me some tips? It is one of those Installshield packages that has to be run from the setup.exe file, fails with the /s /v/qn switches and I can't create a transform file. Also, this package wants to register itself after being installed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
