How would i set permanently to "no" the old version of "Microsoft RDP Control" in mst? so it will not rollback. tnx

If its the users that are uninstalling the newer version, in your mst, you can hide the buttons in add/rem programs. If your having a problem with windows repairing to an older version, then I'm not really sure what to suggest other than something must be corrupting the install and I would investigate that further.
