Hardware Inventory summary displays two different computer makers.
This is very weird - Device Inventory Summary shows System Description as Optiplex 760 DJ2RQJ1. However, the System Model is 3212AV5 which is a Lenovo M92P. The lenovo would be the correct machine but how is the agent pulling the wrong system description? Only one machine out of 2165 is like this (that I have found).

Did the drive that is in the Lenovo come out of another system? The description field in the K1000 is actually what is in the Windows system description field.
If you run "net config server" from a command prompt on that machine, you will see the description under "Server Comment".
