Good Helpdesk Products

Good Day Everyone,

I am in dire need of a robust, solid, and stable help desk ticketing system for the company I work for. I am just tired of dealing with Kace K1000 service desk. The Kace K1000 service desk is constantly breaking.

Any ideas and thoughts

Steve

In my wanderings around various clients, I see Remedy *all* the time. Probably not cheap, though...

Have you explored SourceForge? I remember doing that some years ago, looking for a Helpdesk system for a [skinflint] client. I can't recall which one he plumped for but I do remember it being extremely flexible and easy to customise. Obviously, being on SourceForge, you have access to the source code so you can *really* customise apps you find.

We are currently reviewing two ITSM tools for a new site. One is Service Now the other is Sunrise. Both are competitively priced and have some nice built in tools.
