gives an error when launching the application in user mode
I have packaged an exe. When i install the application, switch to user mode and launch the application in the user mode it is giving a warning "Registry Error #9" when i click on it it gives "Registry Error #10" after this when i click on ok the application is opening. I dont understand why i get this warning before i open this applciation. Please help me resolve this. Waiting for a response ASAP

Hi amala,
At first this sounds like it needs registry permissions for users in the registry...
Use a tool like regmon, procmon or regview to see which keys this app tries to acces, or modify and give them permissions for the user or the user's group. Then you can add a custom action in the package to grant these permissions (I use subinacl.exe).

Hi amala,
have a look at the application log in the Event Viewer. Such error are normally logged there. Read it carefully, as the component which the error belongs to, is also error message.
