Hi - does anybody know a way that I can use to prevent me copying a file across the network many time. For example if I wanted to deploy (via ghost console) an AI package to 20 machines down a 512Kb link I would need to copy this 20 times to the target machines(our network does not support multicasting)

Is it possible to copy it once to 1 target machine and then use this as the source for the remaining 19 machines (as the remote offices would have a 100mb internal LAN). If so what syntax would I use on the console?? How would I authenticate to the share?

any help would be most appreciated

thanks

Wayno
