Systems Deployment

Hi I'm trying to Ghost different revisions of my pc's at work (Acer Veriton 5500 and 5500G) and i've gone though and set up syspep, but when the computer finishes Ghosting and tries to boot into windows, it crashes before sysprep can run. Anyone got any ideas how to get it to work.
