Generate ticket child in specific queue depending on a custom field selection
Hi, we are trying to configure a process in Kace that our HR will be able to use to generate child ticket in specific queue depending on a custom field that is chosen by the creator when he creates de parent ticket.
Exemple, the RH initiates the process "New Hire", he fills the fields with the appropriate data and depending which location (a custom dropdown list) he choose, the child ticket will be created in the good queue associated to this location. So if "Montreal" is selected as a location, all the child tickets will be generated in the queue "IT-Montreal", if "Manchester" is selected as a location, all the child tickets will be generated in the queue "IT-Manchester", etc...
Can we accomplish that in Kace ? If yes, how ?
