Hello, 

I am curious to see if there is a general example or examples of different reports used to measure Help Desk performance. I am looking for an overall reference guide to build out some reports for things such as SLA metrics, created tickets per day week month quarter, and other analytics that can be used. Any direction would be appreciated. 

I have done some searching but couldn't find much material on this. I am working with PowerBI right now and this helps, but I am curious to see what others have done and if you can share some examples.

  • To follow up on this...I did some more digging and found DASHboard. Is there a cheaper alternative? This is exactly what we need. Surprised that KACE does not have this built in like other solutions.
