FTP Backup Login Issue
I have followed information in the below link and while doing this manually I keep getting login failed. I definityl know I am typing my passwordi ncorectly as I can login to the kbox web interface - I have tried our kbox admin user and password as well and keep gettign 501 Login authentication failed.
BTW my account is an admin on the k1000

From that post : you have to use "kbftp" and "getbxf" as the username and password respectively

On the Version 10.1.99 is the same user (kbftp).
The password you can change.

When you connect is it the kbox responding? Or a diff't ftp or a proxy? You'll see the pure-ftpd server respond with the hostname. Are you using ftp or sftp? Use ftp. You could also have support try to verify the problem

I enter ftp on cmd line and then open "kbox" (kbox hostname) which it does respond successfully. Then enter username which is responds back saying 331 User tcunningham OK. Password required
Enter password and get 503 Login authentication failed
Tried multiple times and with the admin account too and same error
