FP2k2 by GPO?

This looked like a very simple one as most of Microsoft Office products are. I did a admin install to a network share and then used the xp ork tools to create the mst. When I publish it down to the user it installs the FP2k2 as it should. However it doesn't seem to fully install when they click add. It appears to do something but doesn't put the icons there. It says it installs though without errors. I had them click add again and then the icons appeared. Seems strange to me.. maybe the admin install somehow got corrupt? Anyone seen something like this before?

Btw, it does this with or without the mst so dont' think the mst is the problem.
