be aware that there are seperate installers for the ActiveX version (IE) and the plugin version (Firefox e.a.)

  • and for x64 and x86. I have 4 installers for 1 silly little pluggin.

To remove the automatic updates, create a file mms.cfg (UTF-8 encoding) with the text:

AutoUpdateDisable=1

Add the file to <C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg with an mst

Run the command:

msiexec /i <path to msi> TRANSFORMS=<path to mst> /qn
