Firefox install to d: drive

I've used the mozilla CCK to develop a custom package of firefox for our environment. Now they want it on Citrix servers as well and they need it installed to the d: drive. Supposedly you can use the /INI file switch, as in /INI=\pathtoini\firefox.ini as outlined here but on my test server it just goes ahead and installs to c: drive anyway.

Ah, for a good old Windows installer version!....sigh.

Any help much appreciated.

why don't you capture firefox and include your cck customisations in the Extensions folder. Then you have an msi to do with as you please, plus your customisations.
That's what I did and it works a treat.

thanks but I'd rather not, since we're pretty far down the road of using the CCK and 7zip to package it. that would require starting from scratch.
sure would be nice if mozilla would use windows installer for the WINDOWS version of firefox. jeez....

Owen,

I assume you are aware of this site? Not an option?

Thanks PJ, I'll look into it. If it's not a pain to make all the options I created with the firefox CCK that'd certainly be an option for the citrix installation.
