At least provide some basic information. Like what you have tried, what is failing, what kind of installer it is and so on. Don't just expect us to hand you the solution based on "finplan software - silent installation"

Unless it's a common application (like office or adobe products for example), expect us to never having seen the application before.

use /? and see if it gives you any silent installation paramenters.

Also try to search in %temp% if it extracts an msi.
