Finishing image and running sysprep

When finishing an xp image, after having loaded all my drivers, I run sysprep with minisetup and reseal...ok cool. When I look at my image afterwards and look at the c:\windows\setupapi.log I see that sysprep has removed all my network drivers and then reinstalled them. If I have made any customizations, like setting up my wireless adapter and parameters...they are either wrong or gone. How do you stop sysprep from screwing with network drivers???

You place all your drivers in the c:\sysprep\i386\$oem$\$1\drivers\nic folder and in the sysprep.inf file you specify the OEMPNPDRIVERS location to be sysprep\i386
