Anyone know if there is an MSI for installing Adobe Audition CS 5.5? I have the EXE, but can't seem to find an MSI. When I install it, I've looked in the Local Settings\Temp folder and also in the Program Files\Adobe folder. I've checked their website, but I don't see an option to download an MSI.

Extract the exe using 7zip. Usually adobe products will be msi's. VBSCab has given the path in some recent post regarding extraction of adobe files. I dont remember the exact post, search for his recent posts.

OK, I'll give that a try. But I'm not very hopeful because I just got done chatting with Adobe Support and they said they do not have an MSI for that. Suprisingly, he also said that he could not tell me how to silently install the EXE and told me to contact Sales and purchase a Support Plan.

LOL...I don't know for sure but would bet a substantial amount that it *does* use an MSI.

Try %CommonProgramFiles\Adobe\Installers and %AppData%\Adobe for new folders when you get to the first screen after running the EXE.

I checked the various folders for an MSI, none found. However, adobe provides a tool for packaging it into an msi. It's called the ApplicationManagerEnterprise tool. I used it and it worked great! From their website: "Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition (AAMEE) provides a straightforward and customizable way to wrap CS 5 and 5.5 applications and their updates as MSI or PKG packages for silent deployment across the enterprise."
